Method matrix/resample


  RESAMPLE resamples each time-series AO in the ltpda_container.

  DESCRIPTION: RESAMPLE resamples each time-series AO in the ltpda_container.

  Note: this is just a wrapper of ao/resample. Each AO in the ltpda_container is passed
  to resample with the input plist. 
  
  INPUTS:      in      -  input ltpda_container objects 
               pl      -  parameter list
