Method matrix/removeVal

  REMOVEVAL removes values from each AO in the ltpda_container.

  DESCRIPTION: REMOVEVAL removes values from each AO in the ltpda_container.
 
  CALL:        out = removeVal(in, pl);
 
  Note: this is just a wrapper of ao/removeVal. Each AO in the ltpda_container is passed
  to removeVal with the input plist. 
  
  INPUTS:      in      -  input ltpda_container objects 
               pl      -  parameter list
 
  OUTPUTS:     out     -  output ltpda_container objects

Accepted values are:
  • NaN
  • Inf
  • Numbers
AXIS 'y'
  • 'x'
  • 'y'
 The axis to check on.
METHOD 'remove'
  • 'remove'
  • 'interp'
 The operation to perform on the values curresponding to NaN.
INTERPOLATION 'spline'
  • 'auto'
  • 'nearest'
  • 'linear'
  • 'spline'
  • 'pchip'
  • 'v5cubic'
 Specify the interpolation method. Choose between:
  • auto - use a method according to the data type. Spline for double/single, nearest for all other types.
    • nearest - nearest neighbor interpolation
    • linear - linear interpolation
    • spline - piecewise cubic spline interpolation (SPLINE)
    • pchip - shape-preserving piecewise cubic interpolation
    • v5cubic - the cubic interpolation from MATLAB 5, which does not extrapolate and uses 'spline' if X is not equally spaced.
