Method matrix/dsmean
DSMEAN resamples each time-series AO in the ltpda_container.

DESCRIPTION: DSMEAN resamples each time-series AO in the ltpda_container by
averaging the given number of samples. See ao/dsmean.
CALL: out = dsmean(in, pl);
Note: this is just a wrapper of ao/dsmean. Each AO in the ltpda_container is passed
to dsmean with the input plist.
INPUTS: in - input ltpda_container objects
pl - parameter list
OUTPUTS: out - output ltpda_container objects
